Auburn is gearing up for one of the most significant events in the history of Jordan-Hare Stadium, with a sellout crowd expected for Tuesday’s FIFA World Cup warm-up match between Argentina and Iceland.

Despite the international spotlight, Auburn officials have confirmed that gameday operations will remain largely unchanged. Parking lots are scheduled to open between 3:00 p.m. and 4:45 p.m., depending on location, while a fan fest will begin at 4:30 p.m. Stadium gates will open to spectators at 5:30 p.m.

The highly anticipated fixture is expected to set a new record for the largest attendance at a soccer match in Alabama history. It will also mark the first international soccer game ever hosted at Jordan-Hare Stadium, a venue with an 87-year legacy and a rich college football tradition.

Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, and the match will serve as the final fixture in The Road to 26 series of World Cup warm-up games. Argentina will then turn its attention to the FIFA World Cup, where it is scheduled to open its campaign against Algeria on June 16.
